Submitting a Story to NEooWS

This is an interesting new feature on Neoows, you can now submit a story for a specific Category and Region. If you are already member of Neoows just follow these easy steps to submit story.

Click on Submit Story link on the top header of the site. This will open the Submit Story page.

Enter the Story URL in the text box and click on the Continue button, as shown in the image below.

If the story already exists, you will be redirected to the story page and your recommendation will be considered. If the story doesnt exist a story submission form is opened.

In the story form, enter appropriate story title. Write short description of the story. Select appropriate category from the dropdown list. Select the story location from the list. Enter tags associated with the story. The story form image is shown below

The story information is displayed in Story Preview section at the end of the page. Verify the information you entered in the preview and click on Submit story button. You will be prompted with a message box ‘Are you ready to submit this story’. Click on ‘OK’ to submit the story. Following is the image of submitted story.

Forgot your NEooWS username or password, Get It

Did you forgot your NEooWS username or password, its easy to get it back. Just follow these steps.

Click on the Forgot your Username or Password ? link on the Sign In Page. This will take you to the Account Retrieval Page, the image of the form is shown below.

Enter your registered email address in the form and click on Submit button. You will receive account details in the email.

Creating your free NEooWS account

Creating an account on NEooWS.com is free and very simple process. Follow these steps.

Click on the Register link located at the top right corner of the page. This will open the Registration page.

Fill the registration form shown in the image below. Please enter your valid email address as you will receive a Activation Code in the email.

Once you receive the Activation Code, activate your account following the instructions in the email or using the Account Activation Page. The image of the activation page is shown below.
After successful activation of your account, you will be redirected to the My NEooWS section where you can configure your Feeds, Groups, Tags, Stories, Friends.

The last step you should do as part of your registration is to upload your Avatar or Picture. Click on the Profile link on the top right corner of the page to upload avatar. NEooWS supports only JPEG and PNG image formates, with size less than 100KB.

Filter the Flood of Information, by using our powerful search features. The search result shows relevant stories, feeds, and images.

The general news is displayed based on Region and Categories. The deafult region is the current location from where you are browsing NEooWS. You can change the region to view stories from a particular location.
